Youth Pastor Life history :
Monica Arlene Rogers,the daugther of overseer (Pastor)Dr. Arlene B. Davis,presides as the youth Pastor at Lighthouse Of God In Christ.
Born in Cordele, GA, she was raised in miami,Fla., and graduated from Coral Gables Sr. High School. She is also the mother of three who are also active in the church. Having been saved since the age of 12, she's been faithful to the word and to the ministry in which the Lord has set before her. She's still standing in spite
of having gone through diverse trials as a young women in christ. Before being appointed Youth Pastor, she started and continues to be a part of the music department, was an usher, a Sunday School teacher and thereafter called into the ministry. Later, the Lord prompted her to begin the "Lighthouse of God Soldiers for Christ", in which our youth dress in war fatigues, performing in the community and at the same time, marching on the devils head. She then began the "Ladies of Light", which is geared to our young ladies teaching them how to carry themselves as young women of God. Pastor Lawton is also over the adult choir, working along with two other directors, and is a part of the "Lighthouse women of worship".Pastor Monica has been a registered nurse for 15 years having received her education from Mercy Hospital
school of nursing and miami-dade college medical school.Pastor Monica is a young woman in Christ who looks toward God and is moving toward that next level experience with him.
